• Step 1: Welcome with herbal tea and biscuits

Leave the hustle of the city behind the door, we invite you to settle into calm, take deep breaths, and enjoy the aromatic herbal tea and biscuits, getting ready for a comfortable and unhurried experience.

• Step 2: Relaxing head, facial & neck massage

Start your therapy with a Japanese-inspired head massage, followed by a calming facial massage. A jade acupressure pen will be used to ease tension around your eyes and temples. Continue to focus on the neck, shoulders, nape, and upper arms.

• Step 3: Scalp cleansing and double hair wash

Cleanse your scalp and hair with warm water and ginger oil shampoo. The hair is washed twice to completely remove excess oil and dirt while stimulating the scalp oil and promoting healthier hair. Our therapists use slow, intentional movements to gently awaken all your senses and allow your scalp to fully absorb the benefits.

• Step 4: Gentle herbal water brushing

Warm herbal water helps soften your hair and calm your scalp after washing. Brushing your hair allows your scalp to absorb herbal nutrients, while the gentle flow from the domed shower enhances relaxation and grounding.

• Step 5: Conditioner application and rinse

Moisturize your hair with ginger conditioner, then rinse your hair gently with warm water.
